Letter written 4 Feb 1909 from Grapevine, Texas Dear Sister, I enclose record of our fathers family which was promised you a long time ago, but you may be aware that it is one of my many faults to procrastinate, but I am sure that if I were to delay much longer that I could never fulfil my promise to send you this record. it is imperfectly written but I have tried to make it easily understood. I could also send you a record of our grandfathers family if you would like to have it and will let one know, I will send it right soon. This leaves me in usual health, hoping that you and family are well, and (?) the enjoyment of Gods rich blessings. give all of them my love. Your affectionate brother, Frank Hobbs
